I use a blend of evidence-based approaches to help people make meaningful, lasting change.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps you notice unhelpful thoughts and patterns so you can respond in ways that support your well-being instead of working against it. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) teaches you how to make room for difficult emotions, connect with your values, and take steady steps toward the life you want—without getting stuck in self-judgment. And ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) uses gentle, guided imagery and eye movements to help your brain process painful memories quickly and bring relief from anxiety, trauma, and phobias.
Each of these approaches offers something unique, and together they create a flexible, compassionate therapy experience that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
